Create your signature coaching framework
Stop leaving your results to chance. Build a framework that sets you apart and gets consistent interest.
Map your success patterns
I want to analyze my coaching successes to build a new, exciting and catchy framework that will make me stand out as a coach. Ask me about my top 3 client transformations, one at a time. For each success story, help me break down what worked, focusing on the methods, tools, and approaches that led to results. After hearing all three, identify common patterns and suggest 5 core elements that could form the basis of my signature framework.
Name your unique steps
Based on the patterns we identified, help me create a 5-7 step coaching process. Each step requires a clear and catchy name and purpose. First, ask me questions about how I typically work with clients. After we have established the process, suggest names for each stage that capture its essence while staying true to my style. My ideal clients are [describe them] and they want [describe their goals].
Create your signature tools
Take each step of my framework and create a powerful and memorable exercise to go with it, that I can use with a client. Ask me about the tools I currently use, then suggest ways to make them uniquely mine. Each exercise should contribute to the overall objective of the framework, which is [describe the outcome, for example to encourage self-reflection or discovery], and work for my target client. Make them practical enough to use right away.
Share your unique angle
Help me identify what makes my coaching approach different. Ask me about my background, values, and the experiences that shaped my coaching style. Then show me how to turn these unique elements into key features of my framework. My target audience struggles with [describe their challenges]. Make my framework stand out by highlighting what only I can bring to it.
Build your guarantee
Help me craft a powerful promise for my coaching framework. First, ask me about the results my best clients achieve. Then create 3 different ways to position my framework's guarantee, focusing on [describe the transformation you create]. The guarantee should be bold but achievable based on my track record.
Test your method
Create a testing plan for my new framework, so I can make changes based on how it’s been received by real clients. Include 5 specific questions to ask clients at each stage, plus metrics to track their progress. Help me spot what's working and what needs to change. My framework aims to [describe the goal] so the testing should measure that.
Sell your method
Now that we have created and tested the framework, help me market it effectively. Take what you know about my framework and create: three attention-grabbing headlines, five punchy sentences that describe what it does, and three powerful calls to action that will make my ideal clients want to work with me. Keep the language simple and results-focused. Present options that I could use on social media, my website, or in sales conversations.

Create new mental patterns
Take each limiting belief we identified and help me create a new, empowering belief to replace it. Ask me about times I've overcome similar challenges or shown the opposite of this belief. Use these examples to craft powerful statements that counter each limitation.
Build your success system

Level up your LinkedIn
LinkedIn is where the money's at. But when you’re a busy founder, you don’t have time to mess around. Writing posts takes ages and you have other things to do. ChatGPT can help.
Make it sound like you
Your task will be to write my LinkedIn posts. First read these posts I wrote. Tell me how I write and create a style guide to use in the new posts. Make the style guide include what kind of words I use, my sentence length, my tone and style and structure. Include what makes my writing unique. [Include example posts]
Pick your topics
Now, give me 10 ideas for LinkedIn posts about these topics: [list your content pillars, based on the topic you want to own and be known for]. Present the ideas using one sentence for each one and make them punchy.
Get the post
Let’s go forward with idea [select the idea you want to go forward with first]. Use my writing style that we just described. Start the post with a hook, which should be a short, sharp, punchy line that grabs attention with my target audience but should not be a question. Then add a rehook, a short line that comes after the hook, that sets up the post and signposts the rest of the post. The main part of the post should fill a knowledge gap in my target audience, so I should help them do something in distinct steps, adding value with each one. Write new sentences on new lines, with line breaks. The penultimate line should be a compelling statement that strongly states one of my audience’s strong beliefs back to them. The final line should invite engagement on my post, inviting people to comment. Make sure the answer to this question is something they would be proud to share. Before you write this post, ask me questions about my target audience. Then ask for a personal story to incorporate in the post.
Make it better
Change this post to make it more [specify what you’d like changing, for example chatty, professional, simple, punchy]. Do not use these words [include the words used in the post that you wouldn’t use in real life]. Also don’t [anything else you’ve spotted that you don’t like]. Now give me the post without the section titles.
Double check
Now review this draft and refine it to better match my style. Shorten any sentences that are longer than [specify, for example ten words], and simplify any complex language, including [specify sentences that are too complex]. Replace any words that don’t sound like me with ones I would use. The part that I think doesn’t flow well is [specify that here if applicable], so rewrite it to sound more natural. Add any final touches to make the post engaging and authentic. Once refined, give me the final version ready to post.
Now ask it to repeat this process for the other ideas you liked. Give ChatGPT the rest of the numbers, one by one, until you have a month’s worth of content ready to go.
Now let’s learn from this process and repeat it to create post idea [number]. Ask me questions before creating the post in the same style.

Make these changes to the content you just produced: [outline the changes you want, for example, each content piece should be 50% longer and contain specific how-to steps, like in the example I will share. Separate each sentence onto a new line. End with a powerful single-line statement and a call to action to add a comment with what my audience would add]. [Include another example].

Accelerate your success
No one is here to go slow. For the outstanding success you dream of, shuffling forwards just won’t cut it. So speed up. Take what you’re doing and just go faster. But how? Identify the leapfrog moves that will grow your business in record time.
Spot the signs
I have a theory that I’m not tuning in to the signs that are around me, for how I can speed up the growth of my company. Help me figure this out. Ask me off-the-wall questions, one at a time, about my customers, my industry, the advice I get from other people and my skills. Focus on the clear and simple messages their words and actions hold. Act from the belief that my next leapfrog moves are already right around the corner, I just need to identify them.
Act from abundance
I believe that acting from a mindset of abundance instead of scarcity will lead to more success. An abundance mindset is grateful, optimistic and believes there is more to go around. A scarcity mindset operates from lack, and believes in protecting what you have, and playing zero sum games. Create a 10 question quiz where, in multiple choice questions (with 4 options for each answer, ensuring there isn’t an obviously scarce or abundant option), you test which mindset I have right now. After I provide my answers, give me the results. Next, make an assessment and suggest ways I can act from abundance more often, until it becomes an identity and a habit.
Let go of the past
Something in my past is holding me back and it’s your task to find out what that is, so I can make leapfrog moves without it in my way. One by one, ask probing questions about my routine, friends, family, customers, and industry, to uncover where I could be succumbing to limiting beliefs, playing small, or doing things I have outgrown. Act from the belief that I can move forward with more speed if I let go of what is stopping my growth.
Find new mentors
I believe there are people I’m hanging out with who could have nuggets of wisdom to share, but I’m not asking them the right questions. Start by requiring me to identify my most successful acquaintances, then ask questions, one by one, to understand which parts of their journey and experience I should ask them about, related to mine. The aim is to uncover a leapfrog move, whereby I can strategically skip several smaller steps in my journey to success. After this, give me a list of 3 questions to ask each person to hear their story and learn their wisdom.
Set new goals
I want to set new goals. Start by asking me about my current goals, then dismiss them. Tell me in a direct way that they are far too small, and press me with questions, delivered one by one, that require me to create new, bigger goals. Do not stop pressing me on these goals until they are significantly more aspirational than before.
Find profitable startup ideas
ChatGPT can come up with business ideas fast. Using it is an advantage for any entrepreneur looking to start up or go in a new direction. Don’t waste its wisdom.
Find audience pains
I’m starting a business and want to clearly define my target audience and their associated pains. Acting as a business coach, ask me questions, one by one, about the type of people I am familiar with or already have in my network. Ask me to describe them, then move to asking me what pains they have that I know about. After seven questions, provide a description of this audience and list their top 20 problems. My job is to pick the top three, which will form the basis of the next steps, which will be generating startup ideas. Do not generate any startup ideas until I say so.
Set your parameters
Now we will define the parameters that the business ideas we generate should comply with. Acting as a business analyst, ask me questions about what kind of startup I want to begin, with questions about its potential, location, delivery and industry. After 7 questions, create a set of 7 parameters (also known as rules or boundaries) that the business ideas we create must adhere to. Don’t create the ideas until I say, only the rules.
Solve the problem
Your task is to combine (i) the target audience description and (ii) the top three problems identified with (iii) the parameters outlined, to create 6 [add adjectives, e.g. innovative and exciting] startup ideas that solve one or more of the problems within the parameters. For each idea, the title should be a value proposition aimed at the target audience, followed by a short description of the startup and what it does.
Filter bad ideas
Let’s try a thought experiment. Your task is to combine (i) the target audience description and (ii) the top three problems identified with (iii) the parameters outlined, to create 6 terrible startup ideas. They should be really bad, with no chance of working. Have some fun with coming up with awful ideas and present them as a value proposition aimed at the target audience, followed by a short description of the startup and what it does.
Link ideas to revenue
From the ideas you suggested, let’s explore these ones further: [specify which you want to expand]. For each one, suggest the offer. Your task is to create a description of what is for sale, the absolute perfect customer, the reason someone should buy, and how it’s delivered in terms of time or other resources. Include the potential for how much money I could make in my first year. This will help me pre-sell the startup before I have built it, and give me motivation to begin.

Additionally, provide ideas for initial marketing campaigns and how to iterate based on results.
Apply Alex Hormozi’s business advice
Relevant, actionable advice is priceless. It’s also rare. Hardly anyone has achieved the success you dream of. When you find someone who has, pay close attention.
The rule of 100
Define the primary actions I should take to achieve my goal of [your specific goal, e.g., building a $100m business, becoming a well-known creator] within my business of [describe your business]. This plan should include actions I can take in the meantime, to give it more chance of happening, and where I could double down. Suggest what milestones I track for short-term achievements, so I stay motivated and don’t give up before the end.
Measure and iterate
Acting as a straight-talking business coach, start a conversation where you ask me to compare where I am now with where I want to be in future. Asking questions one by one, help me figure out what’s in the gap, and what I need to better measure and constantly improve to get where I want to be and achieve my ultimate business goal, which you already know. When I have answered 5 questions, suggest a framework for measuring and iterating on my business strategies, including metrics for [specific actions, e.g, content performance, sales conversions], and provide methods for analyzing and adjusting based on results.

Give ChatGPT context
I run a business that [describe what your business does] to help [describe your audience] achieve [what your business does for them]. For context, some of my audience's dreams are [describe what you know about their dreams] and their fears are [describe their fears]. To write content that will resonate with this audience I need to either champion their beliefs or alleviate their fears. First, come up with five strong opinions that members of my target audience might hold. I will choose one of these to move forward with as my core belief. For each statement use simple language, 8th grade level. After I have chosen the core belief, wait for further instructions.
Identify your core idea
I want to create social media content based on the one core belief of [paste the core idea you chose here], shared by me and my target audience. Take this idea and repurpose it into 10 different individual sentences, each a strong statement that approaches the topic in a different way. For inspiration, include what are the benefits of acting consistently with this belief, what happens if you don't, what do people normally believe to be true, why do I think this is true instead, as well as other ways of approaching this belief. For each statement, use simple, compelling language, 8th grade level.
Share examples
I’m going to share some examples of really great social media posts that I’d like to emulate, but using the core belief we just established, as well as the 10 variations you came up with. When you’re ready for examples say “let’s go”, then I’ll paste them in. When I’ve sent the final one I’ll say “stop” and then give instructions for the next task. Do not create any new content until you have the new instructions.
Request the new format
Now I want you to combine the core idea we specified with these example posts to create 10 posts that are a variety of lengths. For each post, the hook is very important. This should be a short, catchy first line that is not a question. It should spark intrigue, create an information gap and be enticing to the target audience I described. The rest of the post should be in short sentences, each delivered on new lines. Share personal stories, how-tos and useful advice throughout the posts, ensuring they are all different. Use simple language. I’m ready for the posts.

Knowing that my business goal is [explain your business goal], give your expert tips on how I can deliver my message in the most impactful way.
Create a habit

Ask me about the people I met, the places I went and the meetings I had. Encourage me to think of novel or extraordinary things that happened. When we find something, ask me more about it and then repeat it back to me in a compelling story format.
Tug on heartstrings
